I signed up but I cannot log in.

Make sure your Dot Watch application is up-to-date. You can access the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android) to check the Dot Watch version and update to the latest version. Also, please check your mobile network status.

* Please make sure that you entered the same password you used when registering. If the password is incorrect, login will not proceed normally.
