Shipping

I want to track my order.

Your order is listed in the "My Orders" menu on My Page. When you click on the details of your order history, you will see the "Shipping Status" and the following: 

• Order Received

• Payment Complete

• Preparing Product

• Waiting for Delivery

• Out for Delivery

• Delivered

From the "Out for Delivery" phase, you will see the carrier and the waybill number. If you click on the corresponding waybill number, you will be able to check the detailed delivery status of your order.
