I want to return the product.

Please send an email to support@dotincorp.com or search for ‘Dot Watch customer service’ on Facebook and request a return. The return process follows the Dot return policy. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required to take appropriate action. The RMA must be securely attached to the returning courier mail and the courier mail must display the consumer's name and address. This will confirm that the item came from you. If we cannot find the RMA number or if your personal information is not included, you may experience delays. The refund amount will vary depending on the status of the returned product.
