Purchase

I want an exchange.

If you believe you purchased a defective product within the warranty period, please send an email to support@dotincorp.com or search for ‘Dot Watch customer service’ on Facebook and request an exchange. The exchange is conducted in accordance with the DOT official exchange policy and an appropriate Return Materials Authorization (RMA) must be obtained to take appropriate action. The RMA must be securely attached to the returning courier mail, and the courier mail must show the name and address, the description of defect found, or the items missing. If you do not attach a RMA number or if your personal information is not shown, you may experience delays.
