I want to cancel my order.

If you have not made the payment, your order will be automatically canceled after 7 days. If you already made the payment, please send an email to support@dotincorp.com or Facebook search ‘Dot Watch customer service’. If the product has not been shipped, the order can be canceled.

If the product is already shipped, you will have to follow our product return and refund policy.
