If the working Dot Watch suddenly stops, you should contact the support@dotincorp.com or our Facebook Dot Customer Service page. Please tell the agent exactly how much battery power was remaining and what action it was taking before the Dot Watch stopped.
* If you have not used the Dot Watch for a long time or if you do not have enough battery, the Dot Watch may be powered off. Before contacting the AS center, please make sure that it is charged.
