The Dot Watch does not charge or charging does not go past a certain battery level.

Please check and make sure that the charger is properly attached to the Dot Watch. If it is properly attached, the Dot Watch will vibrate. If it does not charge, or if charging does not go past a certain level, please turn the Dot Watch off and charge it. We also recommend updating the firmware. Or rotate the crown clockwise twice from home display and reset the Dot Watch by pressing and holding the home button on the Bluetooth connection display.
