I don’t feel the vibration when I charge my Dot Watch.

If the charger or Dot Watch body is dirty or covered in dust, it may not be charge properly. Use a dry cloth or towel to thoroughly wipe your Dot Watch and charger. Check for damage to the charger or charging adapter. If the charger is damaged, please contact support@dotincorp.com or the Dot Watch Customer Service page on Facebook.

If it has been a long time since the Dot Watch went off, the battery may be drained. Please wait until the battery is charged and the Dot Watch is powered on. It may take some time. 

* Make sure you have the correctly placed the charger to the adapter and the Dot Watch to the charger.
