I want to connect my Dot Watch to a new mobile device.
To connect the Dot Watch to a new mobile device, you need to reset Bluetooth in Dot Watch.
Reset Bluetooth in the Dot Watch and then connect to the new device. Follow the procedure below.
1. Select [Dot Watch] from the Dot Watch application menu. When you press [Unpair], the mobile device disconnects from the Dot Watch.
A. For iPhone users, please go to "Bluetooth" in Settings, and proceed to "Forget This Device" by selecting the i icon on the right side of list.
2. Scroll the "Crown" clockwise (upwards) twice from the Dot Watch home screen to go to the Bluetooth connection status. From here, press and hold the "Home button" until a vibration occur. This will reset the Dot Watch and all pins raise and go down.
3. Now you can connect the Dot Watch to a new mobile device.
